So, here is my report based on end-to-end travel in Sleeper Class of this train on 25th October, 2019:-

Cleanliness: 2/5
The entire coach was in dire condition, not to mention the toilets and the vestibule area. There was no tap water available since the 2nd day morning (after Guna). Water refilling and toilet cleaning took place at Katni Murwara. But, there was...
more... no OBHS throughout the journey (cleaning of floor and toilets took place at Bilaspur, but that was it).

This train usually maintains its schedule throughout its journey.

ONE ADVICE is to CARRY YOUR OWN FOOD if possible.

Locations for getting food enroute are:-
DINNER: Udaipur City (from station premises before boarding)
BED TEA: Plenty of vendors
BREAKFAST(in the form of SNACKS): Bina Malkhedi/Saugor
LUNCH: Katni Murwara
DINNER: Bilaspur
BED TEA: Tatanagar/Kharagpur

As there is no Pantry Car, so one has to purchase meals from stations having such facility, which are very few in number throughout the entire journey.
I still remember that during my journey returning from our college tour, some snacks were loaded from Bina Malkhedi on the 2nd day morning, nothing before that (I and others were probably not expecting to get any food before Katni Murwara). Then, lunch was loaded from Katni Murwara, and dinner from Bilaspur.
NOTE: E-Catering is available at Bilaspur (some of my friends ordered pizza from Dominos).

Ticket Availability: 5/5
You should easily get tickets in this train, as it is the least preferred one in its route. As I was travelling during the Diwali season, thus my coach was full. Otherwise, on any other day, there would hardly be 50% occupancy.

Railfanning: 5/5
The train passes through some very scenic routes throughout the day time.The only kink is that the Bhanwar Tonk Ghats pass just after sunset.

Safety: 1/5
Throughout the journey, not one RPF Personnel came for any sort of inspection (except for Saugor to Katni Murwara). Plus, daily passengers start boarding from Guna and Bina Malkhedi onwards till Shahdol, which puts the safety of one's luggage in jeopardy.

All in all, if travelling in a group, your journey should be one to remember, like mine was !

Throughout the journey, puri train bahut jyada gande condition mein thi, toilets aur vestibule area toh kuch aur hi situation thi. Tap water toh 2nd day morning se available hi nahi tha (Guna ke baad se). Katni Murwara mein water refilling aur toilet cleaning hui thi. Par, puri yatra mein kahin bhi OBHS nahi tha (floor aur toilets ke cleaning Bilaspur mein hui, wohi tha).

Pantry Car nahi hai, isliye meals purchase karna padega stations se jo yeh facility dete hai, jaise ki puri yatra ke dauran bahut kam hai.
Mujhe abhi bhi yaad hai ki college tour se wapis aane ke time, Bina Malkhedi se snacks subah ke time pe liye gaye the, usse pehle kuch nahi tha (shayad hum log Khani Murwara tak khane ka kuch expect hi nahi kar rahe the). Fir, Katni Murwara se lunch liya gaya, aur Bilaspur se dinner.
NOTE: E-Catering available hai Bilaspur mein (mere kuch dost Dominos se pizza order kiye the).

Is train mein tickets easily mil jayenge, kyun ki yeh route mein least preferred train hai. Mera Diwali season mein travel karne ka time tha, isliye mera coach full tha. Warna, kisi bhi dusre din pe occupancy hardly 50% hogi.

Train day time mein kuch bahut scenic routes se guzar jati hai. Bas ek chotti si problem hai ki Bhanwar Tonk Ghats sunset ke baad hi pass hote hai.

Puri yatra ke dauran, ek bhi RPF Personnel inspection ke liye nahi aye (Saugor se Katni Murwara ke alawa). Aur, daily passengers Guna se aur Bina Malkhedi se Shahdol tak board karte hai, isse apne luggage ki safety pe doubt hota hai.
