Let KCG depot get LHB rakes for Venkatadri and Mysore express 4 rakes and another 4 for Padmavati Sabari which are allocated and pending for long. Then you can expect for others

In My opinion SWR should wait till Electrification gets complete of QLM-CLR Section so that VSG-YPR Exp can be alloted directly AB Rake.

Normal LHB Rake Braganza ghat Restricted for 20 LHB Coach Rake. If it is AB Rake than They should permit because AB will not need Bankers

Goa express now running with extra GS coach means total CC is 21 coach LHB and few days ago Vasco Jasidih express was running with extra SL coach total CC was 21 coach LHB.
VSG CDO trains are running with 20 coaches LHB because pitline at Vasco can only accommodate 20 LHB coaches.
Also presently Amaravati express with KCG slip and Poorna express both are running with 23 coach ICF rakes which is equal in length to 21 coach LHB rake.

Vasco Chennai express will be restarted when second pitline is commissioned at Vasco as per SWR but then if they are having pitline constraints at Vasco how are they running Vasco MFP special ?
Vasco MFP is a weekly spl with needs PM slot once a week for 8 hrs which can be adjusted some day in the week. There is 1 pitline at Vasco. GOA exp has 4 rakes and requires pitline everyday in morning slot and another 2 slots are available from afternoon. Vasco YPR daily has 2 rakes and require slot once in 2 days ( for example mon, Tuesday then repeat on Fri,Sat each ICF rake needs PM after 3500km). Night slot is used for Amaravati express. If second pitline is ready they can introduce new trains or increase frequency.
