To facilitate the introduction of #VandeBharat train between #Bengaluru - #Hubballi the existing curve no 24 between saunshi- kundugol having 3.01 Degree curve was flattened to1.6 degree.
This would facilitate an increase in speed on the curve from 75 to 120 kmph.

Two more new Electrical Locomotives were commissioned by Diesel Locomotive Shed, #Hubballi.
With the induction of these 2 AC locomotives, the total electric holding of the Diesel Shed, Hubballi has increased to 12.
