In waiting list for this entire week. I can surely say this is the most successful VB, it may show plenty available before 1 or 2 weeks but a day before it will be filled, atleast 90% will be filled. This is the option for those who has to travel urgently and definately for sure there be atleast 800 people everyday who will travel between SC to VSKP and enroute cities and vice versa. This VB is a hit.

Hello rail enthusiasts, here are the few steps and decisions taken by our railways which are not so great as far as i believe. Have a look and share your thoughts.

1)" 3AC Economy coach "
Though the coaches were modern and trendy, nothing better was done by introducing them. Fare was almost equal to 3 AC with congested leg space and walking

path. Now the concept itself is scrapped, and 3E coaches are merged with 3A where people pay the same price.

2)" Rake Standardization "
Drastically reducing number of sleeper coaches in the trains. This has made SL class almost impossible to travel in many trains, and even AC coaches are crowded with non ac ticket holders, especially near the coach entrance.

3)" Pathetic ticket booking mobile application and Web interface "
Mobile app and website interface was excellent back in 2017-18. Especially web version was too good and userfriendly. Now they are full of ads and useless captchas. Seems like railways is trying to make up the losses incurred by displaying ads on their app.

4)" Limited Ticket Booking per Month "
Initially there was no limit on the number of tickets one can book from their user Id, but now only 6 are allowed if Aadhar is not linked and 12 if linked. This will have impact on hardcore travellers, who travel frequently.

5)" Naming passengers as express with hiked ticket price but same no.of stops and same travel time "
Passenger trains serve people of small villages, so halts should not be removed, but i oppose the decision of naming them as express and charging more, with no change in the travel time.

Hello Railfans, remember the old IRCTC mobile version which was back in 2016,17 ? Clean interface, good booking experience, no irritating ads and captchas, visually aesthetic, E ticket which used to look like one, unlike the ad poster which we see in the current version, god those good old days, feeling nostalgic. Attaching some pics of old and new versions, comment which is your favourite version old or new. Hit green if you love the old version more.

For an ICF Train, this has an Insane CC. 9 3A is too much, Realistically it should have had 1 1A, 2 2A, 5 3A, 1 PC, 9 SL, 3 GS, 2 SLR

Or incase of Non Availability of First AC Coach, Another SL to be attached.
