PiyushSrivastava^~ 20298 blog postsGot to know this from my father, on 24.4.24 enquiry counter officials were saying 12021 Janshatabdi will depart but don't know when. This was happening repeatedly and people lost their cool. They broke the window panes. RPF had to come to the spot. This has become a daily affair for 12021/22, arrive late, depart late. Can't they just cancel one run and make it on time? And make it run very close to the schedule (if not exactly on the schedule) everyday? Oh sorry, obviously freight is the lifeline of SER, passenger trains are not at all important.

HWH-KGP section me toh passenger trains ka satyanash kar rakha hain SER!
SER(CKP division) and SECR are not interested in passenger trains at all. This is the new normal in these areas. So, public agitation to hona hi hai. Lekin, fir bhi situation nahi sudhrega.
Good. This things should be happening. Whether railways gets better or not, passengers must show that they will not accept "manmaani" of railways.

Was a wonderful experience (rather a sudden trip with my friends) to visit the Isha Foundation's Adiyogi Shiva Temple ЁЯЩП Pax residing in BLR, can avail this DEMU train heading towards Kolar and return by taking the MEMU train towards YPR (Train blog FmT links shared... can check it out...) once you reach Chikballapur, on normal day basis, buses are AVBL towards the temple, but since Election Day was coming up, buses were NOT_AVBL... had to take a cab...

It has become daily affair for this train to run late from Howrah to Barbil, while Ispat express runs more timely then this train. At one time this train (Train no. 12021/12022) had highest priority after Rajdhani Express, Duronto Express and Shatabdi Express. Now all that has gone down the drain. Since last 8 years, while travelling from Ranchi to Dangoaposi, I always used to go to Chaibasa from Ranchi by bus and then I caught this Janshatabdi Express from Chaibasa to Dangoaposi. Twice, I also caught Ranchi - Howrah Vande Bharat Express and went to Tata from Ranchi. From Tata to Dangoaposi, I used to catch this Janshatabdi Express. Since the last few months, due to the irregularity of this Janshatabdi Express, I am going to Chaibasa from Ranchi by early morning 1st bus and then catching Tata - Gua Passenger train from Chaibasa.
