this should be a test of the rule..i cant think of a situation when complete GNWL clears in azad hind..
and it should confirm only from cancelled e-tickets... they should permit some refund on CK tickets, otherwise nil cancellations will be there and people will keep suffering. the rules should be changed for CK tickets
no, the change in rules for benefit of GN passengers is welcome move. the new circular is in public domain, so booking CKWL tickets is at high risk. CKs already have high share of berths in all trains
