dear tapas ji, the new rules have made it very difficult for Tatkal Waiting list tickets to confirm.

as per the new rules effective 1st april, all the unused berths in various quotas (HO, Defence, Foreign etc) will be given to GNWL passengers 1st, and if any berths are vacant then it may be passed on to CKWL passenger.
