i think in this first allocation was done in ck... if we look into the calculation
Maximum HO quotas are applied while charting and which is not updated any where in the system
HO seats shown before charting does not provides the surity...therefore its just for an idea... :)
HO will not be given to tatkal waiting according to new rules...the remaining seats in HO arey only used to clear gnwl...nd the fluctuation in ur pnr status after charting. Is the result of unused HO only :)
