Can I change our boarding From Dhupguri or NJP...???
Now the current status is RAC.
I went to PRS counter few days ago, they told they can't change in fully wait listed Ticket or in such ticket which is not from starting point of that train...??
Anybody can lighten up in this regards....spl any admin...
