dis is just for last moment travellers or urgent travellers...else it isn't meant for normal travelling...what is surprising is why the toilets r not cleaned up which shouldn't be the case especially when train belongs to WR & it has lot of time for cleaning & inspection at BCT than at NDLS...makes me wonder what would be the state when it returns from NDLS
