Its amazing to see passengers still booking those high wait listing.. None of the 2 are gonna budge down.... Nor the railways will be realistic in creating a point of no room neither we passengers would stop booking high wait list .... So don't understand who to blame :)
most of the passengers book high WL tickets so that they can atleast board the sleeper compartments when UR coaches will be filled till brim. the aisles, the bay area, the area near toilets etc will all be taken up in SL classes.
