Train No. 01081 Dn will leave LTT at 13.20 hours o­n 16.3.2011 which will arrive at Muzaffarpur at 23.50 hours next day.
Train No. 01082 Up will leave Muzaffarpur at 07.25 hours o­n 18.3.2011 which will arrive at LTT at 19.00 hours next day.

Thats right but why both number for two separate same destination/TT train. Its very confusing and equally strange.

The reason is that the name of the train itself had "01082" embedded in it.
@Roshan:
On this site, all trains have their distinct numbers. You cannot force-change the number of a train to some other value. In this case, if you think this train should be 01082, the only thing that can be done is to "Cancel" this train, and add the new train "01082" separately.

once again, we cannot force this train to have a different number. It will always be "01058", either Active or Cancelled.
