Sir, dikh to yeh bhi raha hai ki gnwl 467 waiting reh gaya hai aur gnwl 728 confirm ho gaya hai.

I am not too much familiar with the stamping policy but as far as I can assume that there is no clear policy regarding Lower berth quota and Ladies quota etc... Tickets in both the quota's can be booked if available but when the quota gets exhausted general quota comes into play. There can "X" no. of scenarios where a ticket gets confirm under the above quota's. But stamping rule is same as general quota and depends upon final status. Admins along with moderator sir need to come up with a specific rule when it comes to above 2 Quota's.
rigthly said BS Hiriyana Ji, but few of senior admins have objections in marking such PNRs as Q-Confirm.
in this case it is clear that PNR has confirmed via #lowerberthquota and there is corroborative evidence to prove the same too. But the differing admins say that since there is no quota code displayed in final status (SS in case of #lowerberthquota, and LD in case of Ladies quota), it cannot be considered as Q-Confirm
Until there is a consensus over pnrs confirmed via SS/LD, please bear with us.
