Fine, no problems with ICF rake but have you seen any all AC ICF train/exp with non-AC pantry? Non-AC Pantry is only attached with trains which have coaches mix of SL/AC. A temporary or duplicate raj may go with All AC ICF rake but never in my life i have seen all AC exp with SL pantry.
Or
you mean jugaad rake arrangement for running pnbe raj was so bad that all AC exp went with non-AC pantry.

It is indeed RJPB Rajdhani Sahil bhai. Pantry being AC or non-AC depends on whether the rake is non-self-generating [NSG] which requires EOGs, or self-generating [SG] which does not require EOGs. Full AC ICF rakes are "usually" NSG so as to cater to the heavy AC load uninterruptedly. But here ECR surpassed all levels of logical thinking when they created a spare rake out of conventional SG AC coaches from spare rakes of various M/E trains. Since this rake was SG and had no EOGs, obviously a non-AC Pantry car had to be attached. So yeah, shocking, illogical, frustrating but true is this news. (Sorry for the confusing explanation)
Thanks now got it. Yes, a bit confusing but horrendous management.
