Prs tkt. Srctzn travelling alone. But GN quota is 370+ avl. But got in SS quota. Has the clerk booked in SS or system allots in SS without considering GN
Koi jarurat nhi padti...clerk chng nhi krte...agar SS khali hoga to single person ke tkt par jo SS eligible hai, wahi seats allot hogi. Clerk ko kuchh bhi.nhi krna padta. Haan agar SS quota ki seat khali nhi ho tab GN quota se automatically seat aa jayegi.
Agar aap LD, HP quota me seat lena chahte hai tabhi clerk ko chng kr ke wo mention karna hota hai :)

its like same thing happenning while we book from irctc. Even though GN quota is WL, we dont have to do anything. If eligible for SS, you will be automatically be provided reservation in SS, irrespective of GN quota(whether avl or not). At times at PRS, when they enter journey details (trn no, class, doj, stn to and fro) and if its WL, then say WL hai, but one thing is to be noted that they don't enter pax details (specefically age)until this period. Then we say LB/SS mein dekho but actually when they enter pax details, system automatically gives SS after entering age.
Means, if its GNWL, dont ask clerk for SS, fill details, if eligible and available, you...
