a reply to my RTI application from SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY clearly shows, SWR not made any proposals to Member(Traffic)/New Delhi w.r.t Anga & Amaravathi Expresses to enter into VSKP instead of diverted route.....................

SWR cant interfere, for example when TT is prepared SCR is given slot by CR (Dadar exp) btwn WADI(exg)--->Tiruttani (say)...its upto SCR what it does and how maintains TT. SCR gives mnay stops in GTL division for revenue of that division. So the case of four trains, the issue lies with RB and ECoR and it is immature to blame SWR. Thank You.
@YP who has blamed SWR do check out the reply given by me.Its known the zone the station belongs and RB has major say in providing halt...BTW if you want to reply to my entries be open to have better mutual communication and no point in blocking a running away.
