In the "Conventional Loco Table" you will find all the Important Equipments of a Conventional Loco in the "Equipments" Column Vertically and "Failure of Each Equipment" (Shedwise) in the rest of the Columns. In the Same manner in "3 Phase Loco Table" you will find all the Important Equipments of a 3 Phase Loco in the "Equipments" Column Vertically and "Failure of Each Equipment" (Shedwise) in the rest of the Columns.
In the Cause wise Classification Table you will find the following heads under "Classification" Column:

Loco Equipment Failure is :1487(Conventional: 1134 3 Phase: 353)

Traffic Issue/Wrongly Logged in Locomotive Account by Trip Shed : 24
Total: 1552 (Actual Loco Failure in 2013: 1528)
In 2014
Failure for Crew/Loco Operation is 46
Loco Equipment Failure is :1429(Conventional: 1037 3 Phase: 392)
Stalling: 9
Traffic Issue/Wrongly Logged in Locomotive Account by Trip Shed : 23
Total: 1507 (Actual Loco Failure in 2013: 1484)
In 2015(1 st Jan 2015 to 30th May 2015)
Failure for Crew/Loco Operation is 20
Loco Equipment Failure is :503(Conventional: 368 3 Phase: 135)
Stalling: 8
Traffic Issue/Wrongly Logged in Locomotive Account by Trip Shed : 1
Total: 532(Actual Loco Failure in 2013: 531)
Please note that the Term "Stalling" means (of a motor vehicle or its engine) stop running, typically because of an overload on the engine.
