Sir YPR-GTL - PUNE works in progress.....will be completed soon...
PUNE-YPR via UBL and ASK is in hands of SWR and CR.
And almost many routes what u have mentioned got approved for third line and soon more lines get third line.....but wht abt SWR?
Now many routes are doubled and SWR has single lines...i future many will be trippled line and SWR will...

GTL PUNE is entirely CR SCR problem so only i left. see GTL PUNE is common route for MAS as well as SBC. it is important like MAS NDLS and MAS HWH but in reality it is not even in state of comparison
YPR GY KCG also not in good position to handle trunk traffic. KJM GY KCJ is good alternative route for CBE SA CAPE TVC for north bound trains yet it is very less concentrated
CR FEDL many lines yet this side they never showed interest i dono y..
