The extra rake of RNC-NDLS Garib Rath is being wasted to run Hatia-Puri Special which is running empty. IR should better utlize this rake to run another Weekly Garib Rath via BKSC . The 12877/78 RNC-NDLS Garib Rath was originally framed to run via BKSC sharing TT with 12439/40 but politics is politics. Anyway, a weekly GR via BKSC with a different TT will be beneficial for all.
