GMO ELS (ECR) already had some WAP7 locos which got transferred to other sheds like HWH, GZB and BIA. Now, it's filled up with WAG9 locos only. So, GMO is ruled out as it is gonna remain a dedicated freight loco shed.
There hasn't been any announcement regarding the allocation of 3-phase passenger locos to ECR. Let's see what happens!
