I have booked 3AC tickets in 22209 on 9th October from Mumbai to New Delhi. But with interlocking work at Asaoti, the train is cancelled. Will I have to file a TDR or will the refund be automatic? Also, I am not cancelling it now because otherwise cancellation charges will be deducted.
Any help is appreciated in advance.

Once cancelled you can't file TDR...TDR comes in to picture only after charting.
