In my view Both have almost equal chances 12149 with little edge over..
Wl 41. Guys which one should cancel. As from tomorrow cancellation charges increases.
Cancel this one. Railway official and the central govt should be ashamed for being in ruling as they can not control 1lac touts in india but suffering >100 CRORE population by increasing cancellation charges. Mera Bharat mahan.
