Yo, so basically, Excess Fare Tickets (E.F.T) are like paper tickets given to peeps who ain't got no proper ticket or are tryna cheat the system when the train staff check 'em out on the trains or at the stations. When there ain't no printed or blank paper tickets left, passengers get these E.F.Ts by payin' the right fare at the startin' station. These tickets got three parts made with carbon paper - one for the accounts, one for the passenger, and one for record keepin'. And then there's the Guard Certificate (G.C), a little piece of paper the train guard or ticket checker gives ya in case you're travelin' in a lower class, the AC ain't workin', you gotta get off before your stop, or there are fewer peeps on a group ticket than expected.

Excess fare tickets (E.F.T)
Ye hain paper tickets jo passengers ko diye jate hain jo ticket ke bina ya sahi tarah se ticket ke saath train mein ya stations par safar kar rahe hote hain. Jab situation urgent ho aur printed card tickets aur khali paper tickets khatam ho jaaye to passengers ko extra fare tickets diye jaana chahiye, jisme unse shuruvat station par dues ka bhugtaan karke di jati hai jo unhe is ticket ke adhikaar se safar karne ka adhikar deti hai. Ye tickets teen saalon mein hote hain aur double sided carbon paper ke sahaayta se taiyaar kiye jate hain. Pehla foil hota hai 'Accounts' ke liye, doosra hota hai 'Passenger' ke liye aur teesra 'Record' ke liye.

Guard Certificate (G.C)
Ek certificate jo Guard/Conductor/TTE In-charge dwara coach ke passenger ko diya jana chahiye kisi bhi sthiti mein (i) Lower class safar, (ii) AC ka fail hona AC coach mein, (iii) Safar ko en-route station par khatam karne, aur (iv) Milkar ticket par kam logon ka safar karna.

Mene TDR file ki hai, 6 ghante ke baad meri train mere destination pe pahunch gayi thi aur maine TTE se certificate bhi liya tha, jo IRCTC tak pahunch gaya hai, lekin ab mere TDR ka history REPUDIATED bata raha hai.

Phir maine IRCTC ko email kiya hai aur custome care se baat karke bhi inform kiya hai. Ab refund ke liye kya karna hoga kyunki maine railway ke niyamo ke anusar kiya hai..
