Coach information for Train 12134/Mumbai Express was wrongly displayed, at least for B1,B2,B3,A1 and AB1 as on 3rd Jan 2016. This led to last minute rush to get in to appropriate coach when train halted at Udupi. As per TC, coach details may not have been updated in Udupi. Self has to get into AB1 coach and per Udupi display system, it was shown as 14th position but actually it was further away.
One more complaint, one of the display system was not functional and another one was prompting about non genuine Windows installation. Passengers were depending on display information for their Waitlist/RAC status of their particular train. But the information was not displayed/scrolled at least around 4:00 pm...
