Its all very well know how govt takes decession and govt projects progress in INDIA.

Yes.. anything may happen.. Projects may speeded up or can be dragged.. We have to see what will happen...
How much they drag...its impossible to catch the speed of railfans.
We even speak By tomm a pitline be constructed and 5 trains should run or all of shudden New FEDL track should be laid and trains must run!!!!
