From the past 10 days this train is getting a brand new MGS WAP-4 .
Are there an excess of loco that a brand new WAP-4 is hauling a very slow passenger train?

Gaya MGS Division me aati hai but NCR ka loco use karna padta hai aur idhar DHN MGS ke WAP-4 se passenger chala raha hai wohi bhi naya !

Agar naya WAP4 hai to shayad authorities may be testing this Loco with passenger train 1st before putting it in use for m/e trains. This is a normal routine or practice by Indian railways. Even WAP7 ko bhi maine dekha hai brand new passenger trains ko haul karte hue

Reason sab technical hi hai. Bhale hi Loco naya ho each and every part of the engine, s/w, microprocessors, traction motors, etc. CLW SE ENGINE bahar aaya uska zyada trial run shayad hi ho pata hai use direct Loco shed ko allot kar dete hai. Then ye sab kaam concerned loco shed walo ka hota hai. Passengers ke saath isliye kyuki agar engine me kuch malfunction hi bhi jaaye passengers kaunsa time pe chalti hai kahi bhi. They have to halt at all stations. Direct m/e ke saath daudana thora risky rehta hai. Would request some senior technical iri member to throw more light on it
