Finally landed to RAC, but accommodating 4(2+2kids) in single seat is impossible, so requested TTE for another seat adjustment but he refused, but when I asked for 2AC, then he said yes seats are there in 2AC & I took the seat by paying fare diffrence & (+) :-( .
But when seats are there is 2AC, why not PAX are upgraded to upper class when there are seats avlbl, coz I had chosen the option for "Auto Upgaradtion" while booking, the Auto upgradation system has stop working or ????????????
