i have two confirmed upper births under PNR 2643676564.Please issue one lower birth being patient case

at booking time lower birth preffered,same was reflected when booking confirmed.When i checked PNR booking ststus and details i was given upper births.Being cancer patient kindly consider at the time of preparing chart,Thanks
Once you got CNF tickets during booking they won't change while charting..Only way is which i had mentioned earlier, moreover e here have no role in it.
Again for your information sir this is not a government website. IRI doesn't prepare chart of trains. Please understand.
