Some OHE wire issue between CBE and Tirupur.. so all trains are struck there ....
It was not only Island Express, Most of the trains in that route were delayed 3+ hours.
And as mentioned by other member, The reason for delay was OHE wire breakdown in CBE-TUP side.

i think then today CAPE-MS also will depart late, due to RSA with island
