I also wanted LHB rake but seeing the condition of the present NR LHB rake, I would like to go back to the previous ICF rake. Cleanliness is not even zero it is a big negative. Very strange. Can't the authorities keep a single house keeping person for say 3 coaches. Even if a particular coach is cleaned 3 times during a one side journey, it would be sufficient. When train reached Jhansi there was staff with machines waiting, I believed, to clean the washrooms. However I was wrong as the staff cleaned the area between the 2 doors and left. So officially they have cleaned the washrooms but unofficially they have not even touched them. This is state of affairs of IR.
Sir this is not reality of IR, this is reality of NR and yhis problem is only with NR.
This Thursday I was at Raipur junction as my brother was travelling to NDLS by rajdhani and I wad totally shocked.
2hrs was not completed till the train left from bilaspur and when it reaches Raipur the toilet in A2 coach was stinking very bad.

You may be perfectly correct. This malaise may be with NR only. However as u say that the 2A coach was stinking within 2 hrs of journey, some primary / basic cleanliness activity has also to be done by SECR, Bilaspur. I hope you agree with me. The NR guys can clean the train from their end only, the basic cleaning on the other end has to be done by the other zone.
Sir I totally agree with you but SECR is not interested in this train from starting.
They only clean coaches in down areas of seats and return the rake as it is towards NDLS.
Same thing happens during ICF rake time.
