Does all the wap-7s of bhilai shed restricted to a speed of 110kmph coz once I have been in wap-7 30432 cabin and ther it was written maximum speed 110kmph....why they are restricted as they can haul trains at 130kmph..?

I don't have the photo but I'm sure that it was 30432 and inside its cabin above the window it was written maximum speed 110kmph.

Yes it is capable of 130 but secr has restricted speed of all wap-7 to 110kmph.
Along with 30432, 30387 is also restricted to 110kmph.

Locos aren't restricted to 110 Kmph.My friend's father works at BIA ELS as an electrical engineeer who told me the same.
Locos are only restricted 110 to those zone where route are not capable to do above 110 as of now BIA tracks not have 130 fit so they written that but no locos are software restricted to 110 all locos are capable to do 130, My LP Friend told me that fact.
