One of my fav trains. I have few memories to share about this train.
1. We would take this train from New Farakka to go to Calcutta. It would arrive by around 9 PM to reach Sealdah early by around 5-6 AM
2. It was few trains in India during 1990-92 to have Steam engine as a loco. I remember that it used to run on Steam engine till Bardhawaan

At Burdwan the train used to halt for a very long time . My grandfather once told me that it was for loco change but i didn't noticed any such thing. One exciting thing which i liked the most was the parallel action or some overtake by trains like Mithila , Shaktipunj or JU HWH...
