With reference to blog post /blog/post/1930872 , admins update the rote info to electric bg bw dharmavaram and yelahanka
The route is already updated. It's showing as Construction - Doubling of Electrified BG from Penukonda to Yelahanka. So, the route is currently electrified.
The confusion is arising because in IRI atlas, the same color ('=' in navy blue) has been used for two distinct cases, (1) Construction - Doubling of Electrified BG and (2) Construction - Electrification of Double "Non- electrified" BG.
We have requested Moderator to separate these two cases out in terms of color.

Sir, here "They" refers to Moderator only. :)
He is the only one, who has that authority to change the atlas color scheme. Hopefully he will change it soon.
