Cancelled berths of LB quota dont get added back to the system and are used while charting to clear the eligible passengers...
LB is hidden quota. If someone cancels ticket in LB quota then seat will be in hidden quota. It will not show in LB seat availability. Example: If seat availability is showing as 1 in LB and if it gets booked then seat availability will show as NA and if a person cancels its ticket of LB then also seat availability will not show. It will still show as NA.
