what unfair 13 coaches u allot 1-2 coaches for intermediate then this will happen u encourage intermediate paxs to but tatkal then aoutmatically seats will be empty in some legs so section wise seats cnf
GNWL passengers travel more distance they should be given confirmed seats...and tpty people should be allotted in RAC..SEE the time of arrival..its 2:30 AM, they won't be able to sleep also...it will be good if they sit in RAC
if u allot tpty rac means even more seats will be vaccant rac only for rlwl or gnwl
