It seems like traveller would have thought that 25 CKWL would not confirm and could have tried for tatkal today and cancelled today's ticket. Some of the persons are not familiar with PT system.
assumes can be diff too plan change or date change or cancel jry any thing
There could be plenty of reasons. I just assumed one as I saw a similar case in Mahabodhi about a week ago
Yeah rite..we can assume and predict and serve IR passengers..it depends on them either they want to travel with mentioned PNR or not...
