Ya may be, i think its due to less awareness i think.
If a Yuva train starts from Banglore/SC/Chennai i am sure it will be a hit.
i checked under yuva quota but fare is same. by the way what is the procedure to apply for yuva quota ?
These trains will have 60 per cent reservation for youths and passengers of low income group, while the remaining accommodation will be available for the general public, a Northern Railway spokesperson said.
The Yuva train fares are applicable to unemployed persons between the age group of 15-45 years and to avail it one has to carry the necessary documents as proof of birth and unemployment.
Not sure anyone will appreciate if trains are started in such odd hours say for example the new VSKP Duronto during these hours
Some thing is better than nothing. Any ways VSKP duranto timings are fixed dont worry about it.
There is a new train at 5 am to HWH from SC going to start soon.
If a train starts at 11 pm or 12 pm also fine in metro cities...Which is happening every where in india these days...
