Hello Guyz! This Video is of 6+hrs delayed UP Poorva Express (Via PNBE) with bizarre offlink GZB WAP5 #30035, This was the first time in last 14 years of Poorva's Service. At the end of this video, there will be a Crossing of DN Mahabodhi with UP Poorva.

AFAIK 130 upgrade was Alloted only to NCR only...

Not in ER. In ER only Rajdhani/Shatabdi/Duronto are allowed to run at 130 km/h.
