i think tht handicapt ticket is free but other one escort whould concession with him once i was travelling in karnatka express from delhi to banglore my fathers elder bro is handicapt he got ticket and i got concession in sleeper class may be same in AC class also
Right Shashank, the concession is available for the escort too.
1st ac and 2nd ac 50% and 3r ac and below 75% including escort
except garib rath, rajdhani and other food free trains
in recent budet mamata jee promissed for these trains also but circular not yet issued
