Railways to hike fares again. RB has sent 5 proposals to MOR for hike in price.

1) Proposal 1: There wud be 1% increase in fare per month so dat a common person doesn't feel the additional burden of price hike.
2) Proposal 2: There will be an increase in 10% fare in all classes one single tym in a year.
3) Proposal 3: Flexi fare wud be revoked n 10% hike in fares of sl n 3A as these are d most demanding classes. No hike in 2A n 1A due to poor demand.
