Nayak Ji, thanks for the clarification. However, I do think that one of the primary reason for looking at the layout is to locate the seat positions in terms of L/M/U. :)

In that case, I would presume that you did not look at the different colour combinations which has been clearly explained with the relevant meanings for the same on the top of the image.
In an attempt not to spur any further debate, there are many ways to look at a particular thing. I would sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused and request you to kindly refer to any other diagrams which you might find suitable to help you understand.

Indeed I have gone through the "color combinations" and do understand the meaning of the same as explained in the legends provided. My only concern was that as a layout / map when we see it from above the positioning of the UBs and LBs did not match the positioning of the window seat and the seats adjacent to the cabin doors.

Sir,
With all due respect I did not react otherwise to your earlier statements. There are various ways to look at a particular thing and it is not necessary that the point of view of everyone should match.
If I have kept berth number 2 below berth number 1, just in order to indicate that berth number 1 pertains to a window berth, someone else could have also assumed berth number 2 to be a lower berth and berth number 1 to be a upper berth.
