Pooled quota wait list different from General Wait list. There are many blogs about the same you can search to get more information about the same. About chances of this clearing it does look remote.

To my knowledge the PQWL move have only a small number of berths allotted in a train.Say a coach or so in sleeper...

Somwhere in this very page we saw there is no evidence of PQWL being placed in RAC. PQWL either gets confirmed or stays waitlisted.
