Great work !. How did you manage to get hold of this document ?...........This is for last year. For the year 2017, will they be sharing it?
Realised now that getting a train approved is no easy task.From the few proposals that i went through, one thing was quite clear. It is somewhat easy to get those proposals where the rake requirement is minimal. Also saw few cases, where some zones/divisions did not agree to a particular time hence the proposal was rejected. But overall a very good view of things through this document

In RTI we made demand but railway board refused from last2 years saying confidential ...we took this matter in CIC and CIC gave stern instructions to railway board to provide this minutes to us
