WE book 4 tickets . we traveld 3 persons . one is not traveld. tte endars on ticket . ( one person not traveld ) he told to me as " you go to any prs and claim this with in 3 days " it is passible with out TDR ?

I had told that you be prepared that the money will not come immediately.

As usual as per my personal experience two years ago on occasion of my nephew marriage We booked 60+ tickets in Vaishali Exp. But due to some reasons more than 5 relatives were not came with us. My brother talked to the TTE and he said the above reply about EDR. After return back to home I went to the PRS after 10 days and trying to take cash. The clerk found EDR and cancel the ticket and gave me cash and cancillation receipt.
