Considering the case for 12319/12320 the D-loco can be changed at Kanpur Central. Rest of the route is electrified.
Unchahar Express and others get D-loco changed at CNB.
It can also be changed at Allahabad Jn.
For changing loco train should at PF6/7/8/9/10 at ALD.

Loco is provided by Ecr to 12319/20, so it's loco change will always be done at Mgs only, never it will be done at ALD
Non stop run is shown by train like Durgiana Express between LKO and BSB does not halts anywhere literally anywhere not even SLN in rarest of circumstances.
But these do halt at ALD, WBSK Agra Kolkata for guarantee.
