Honestly, can we expect anything more from these AC-cozied bureaucrats? For everything, starting from survey for new line to LHBfication of a train, even augmenting extra coaches to a train, they need permission/approval from the railway board. And how many times has anyone from RB visited SWR or any other zone territory to get a grip on the ground reality? Zilch. As a result they have no idea on the decisions they are making.
