Exactly, you proved my point yourself. Controllers decided to run SS on time and Sangam late, it's their choice. So why are you getting crazy about SS running on time. Let controllers decide priority. If there isn't any problem for high priority to PR, then what's wrong when priority is given to SS ?
I never told that controllers should not run SS ontime. That was reply for comment in which it was mentioned that all trains should be run like SS.
