May be you travelled in different rake, so u would have got the charging points.

All 4 rakes are swarn Integrated, with Charging point at SL and LB ..
Recently due to Water lodging , Rajdhani and Shatabdi moved with the spare rack , Which was not swarn Integrated ..
Hence this tip is not usefull

My coach was swarna , modified toilet and interior , and only two charging points were there near UB
