But there must be some limit of application of HO seats over GN quota seats...I mean they cannot just give 100 seats in HO quota downgrading other CNF or RAC tickets
But I guess removal of coach should directly pushed back directly by 60-70 seats.. But here just 4-5.. Maybe more HO application reason..
Yes. Just like on the LHBfication day of Agra Ahmedabad more than 80 positions got downgraded. RAC42 to WL70+
HO functional for GaribRath plus coaches removed...they cannot downgrade HO...so maybe the case that it might have not gotten as down as it is now
