RLWL, PQWL, HO,LB, LD, DF, DP, etc.
Since There is 10 3AC coach and each coach has 72 seats and This become 720 Seats. For general booking 386 Seats are open and for Tatkal booking 144 Seats open. What about remaining 190 Seats?
Does Waiting people get confirmed Or remaining quota from somewhere else?

Yes, more chances, you can take Risk because of GNWL and other than tatkal we have other Quota(HQ)

Yes, I have taken a risk because my ticket is E2E . Earlier PNR I have observed that from wl 12 directly ticket got confirmed.
